  • In depth coaching on exercise selection, form & intensity.

  • Full mobility routines to keep your joints healthy.

  • Each session comes with a custom training plan.

  • 1 : 1 Lesson packages x 1, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24

MVMNT 1 : 1 POSING LESSONS

  • Mobility routines to assist with your posing ability.

  • Each lesson comes with a posing plan of action.
